Dude, Glenn was just doing his job! If you call that little exchange going off, then you are soft. I commend him for asking questions that most reporters are too scared to ask. You guys have to realize he's not a cheerleader, he's a reporter and it's his job to ask the tough questions.
Angel Reese is the top story in regards to the women's basketball team, so kudos to him for asking the questions. What I picked up on was she already knew his name and that's the sign of a real reporter doing their job.
I promise you this: She will never forget his name and face from this point on because she knows he's one of those old school reporters that's going to ask the tough questions that other young reporters are too afraid to ask!
I find it hilarious that you would criticize a person for doing his job. You should be angry at the others for not asking the tough questions because that's their job! Mulkey is getting paid a lot of money and when she benches the star player, she needs to be asked about it, regardless if she gives some BS answer like she did with Glenn.
As a reporter, you have an obligation to ask the tough questions. Did you really want to hear what Mulkey had to say about a game in which they beat their opponent by 60?

Too scared to ask? It has already been asked, and already been answered. I didn't see one single person give that reporter shite, the first time it was asked.
The problem here is, Glenn knew all of that. Glenn knew her response. Glenn knew he wasn't going to get a different response. But he asked to be a dick bag, like he has countless times before regarding LSU.
Second problem is, GG was only there to stir up drama. He isn't always there, and now wants to pop in when he can start shite. And good for Mulkey for calling him on it.

These guys only ask the hard questions when the current trend allows. We never heard a peep from Glenn about O running around on his wife, O letting kids interfere with practice, any of that UNTIL everyone else decided it was finally okay to report on that. USA Today had Glenn living in South LA yet reporters out in Washington were the ones breaking news on Miles, Wade, O… were they afraid of Derek or LSU? The local beat reporter getting beat out by national journalists? Come on. Use your brain.

Tough questions
What exactly was the tough questions he was asking? He was addressing something already covered.
Coaches don’t speak to team personnel issues. Cub reporters know that much. Glen is just a drama queen

"Just doing his job"? That comment alone shows you have absolutely no idea about his history as a "journalist". He's been a shite stirrer his whole career, going back decades, that's his only style of what you call journalism. He's not asking the tough questions for journalistic reasons, he's just kicking the hornet's nest to cause shite. He has never cared about the "answer", all he's ever wanted to do was to get someone mad enuff to fly off the handle, giving him even more clicks. Dale & he almost came to blows, several times, & Broadhead refused to talk to him. He's a POS, that's why his style gets so much well deserved criticism here.
