I have heard the one in Zachary is not doing too well.

I know at least one location in San Antonio closed as well.

When you are a franchisee paying 7% off the top in royalties, your restaurant needs to be running like a Swiss watch..

I was up there about 6 weeks ago on a random Tuesday night and it was laughable.

Had an untrained high school girl eventually take our order and it went down hill from there. No drink refils. Cold food. Close but wrong orders. Old waffle fries. It was a complete sign of poor management.

I wanted to like it but I’m not going back. Once upon a time at the one by campus, I would get a great redfish poboy and hot fresh waffle fries. But no more.
