The one near me is doing well, but Houston (particularly The Woodlands) likes their chains. I never really liked Walk-Ons that much personally.

That being said, it has to be one of the worst climates to run a restaurant. Rising wages pricing out decent help, constantly rising food prices. All of these factors force restaurants to have to raise prices, reprint menus, reduce menus, all in an effort to make razor thin margins.
