The dems and Biden made this mandatory in the 2021 omnibus spending bill. GOP tried to repeal it a few weeks ago but Dems and RINOs voted against it. Buy a new vehicle before 2026.

Moot point, too late. It’s already law. Every car sold after 2026 needs to have some tech to prohibit intoxicated drivers.
