I've struggled with PTSD for going on 10 years now. Posters saying to be his friend through this are exactly right. I went years without anyone to talk to about it and almost took my life. The OT helped me through a rough patch. He needs a friend. Psilocybin microdosing helps a ton, I know several people that do it for PTSD and other mental disorders and they swear by it, along with EMDR therapy. Best of luck to you and your son, and I thank him for his service to this country. Also, frick the VA.
