Why some fans get so upset and turn quickly.

You could say something simple like it's just over-passionate fans, but does anybody feel like sometimes the reason our fans get so upset and abandon our team when they lose one game is because they depend on the win to make them happy? Kind of like a twisted love relationship, so when they don't come through, they get resentful and feel like a girlfriend/family member just betrayed them. ) I'm not talking about putting up with a season of bad coaching or normal frustrating things. I'm talking about overreactions

You new here?
Don’t base your thoughts on TigerRant or Facebook posts where edge fans are as emotionally driven as a 13 year old girl on her first day of class.

Yes, some folks happiness is tied too much into this. Just the way it is.

That's literally where I'm basing my thoughts from. That's literally my whole point. Some fans act that way and as you put it... Like a 13-year-old girl. And I'm saying why some fans act that way. I wasn't asking a general question

We live in a immediate gratification society now. Used to be just the millennials but it’s spilled over into mainstream society. You have absolute emotional idiots screaming about firing a coach after 1 yr. One fricking year after inheriting a team with zero players.

Exactly my thoughts. Ask one question and their veins start popping out of their head. It’s amusing sometimes.

Right. Remember that old meme of the girl with the crazy eyes? That’s the rant and Facebook fans.

I think this is more of a football issue but probably because of gambling on the tigers.
