Of course he does. When did this nonsense start with players sitting out of bowl games? Finish the damn season.

The NCAA no longer counts Bowl games towards redshirts. It really is an exhibition as this point. If he plays, great. If not, it's some experience for the young guys. Either way, I'll be watching and enjoying the game.

Hoping he sits out so Nuss gets more snaps

No chance he plays.

And it’s not the possibility of getting hurt. It’s the month of prep for the NFL that it would cost him.

This is the new business cycle, people. High-draft seniors leave and the school prepares for the next year

The season has a little over 1 week left. Exactly when isn't too early?

When we see the bowl matchup.

Say we get Notre Dame, I doubt Jayden leaves Kelly hanging for that. If we get another Purdue "everyone has quit" situation, I think it's different.

He will play so long as the opponent doesn't have a Dallas Turner trying to end his career.

I hope so. But I’d highly doubt it, especially once his best 2 WR’s opt out of the bowl game too.

Anyone who’s a potential first or second round pick should sit out a meaningless bowl game
