Koenning + Orgeron = slam dunk hires by Miles...

If it took a 7-5 season to get that combo, I'm actually pleased with the way the season went. Our D will be back to normal in no time if Korgeroning is Miles' hires. Koenning is a DB specialist. Orgeron is a DL specialist and recruiting animal. I'm salivating at the thought of Miles-Crowton-Koenning-Orgeron.

NO no, JP. Don't you know? Those guys suck. As does every other DC on this planet. Every guy's name that gets posted about being the new DC, you hear, He sucks, we could do better, ect. Come on JP, you know there are no good DC's in this world.

Fixed it. Don't you know, Cornholio, if Miles is looking at someone,he's terrible. Anyone else would have brought Bellichek down from the NE Patriots since LSU is such a dream position and LSU just wins "on talent alone".

Bellicek plays a "soft zone" defense, we don't want him.
The only guy who is a defensive genius and plays smash-mouth, in your face, man to man defense is Sly Croom(just go ask Jordy). We need to hire him immediately.

So Coach O is going to take a big pay cut to come back to college and coach D line and recruit? I doubt it. From what I hear, he is making close to $500k as a Dline coach. What since would it be to come here and make $250k if that.

Quality of life? I'm sure with the millions he's already made, he'd find a way to survive on 250K. I wouldn't be surprised if he got more than that, though. I'm sure he'd have some b.s. "associate head coach" title or something.

You might just get to believe it. It's not always the money, usually.........but sometimes you can't buy happiness. He loves to recruit and coach young men who aren't getting paid. He'd be more than the DL coach (recruiting coordinator and arse head coach). I'm just sayin......you might have to believe soon.

Also, i think if Coach O came here with an established DC, he would have more job security.
The way it's looking for the Saints, he could be out of a job after next year.
I think if he came here and did an awesome job, kept his name out of the news, he could stay here awhile. And maybe work himself into a DC position at another school.
