Choice #1 London, and see how far it would get me towards seeing castles in the UK. Probably not very far, so I’d pay out of pocket to see Scotland & Ireland.

Choice #2 African safari. Again, no idea how far that will get me, but if I can’t shoot a wildebeest or a giraffe or some shite, I’d be pissed.

Edit: I’ve been looking into an outfit that donates the meat to a local village. I do not, nor have I ever, killed anything (hunting or fishing) that I or someone else can’t eat. Killing big cats and other African mammal predators does not interest me in the slightest.

I’ve been fishing in the gulf more than once, and hunted in LA and MS. I’m looking for something more exotic at this point, and if it feeds local villagers, why not?

For the time frame and budget, you can fly to Africa, watch the lion king and then fly back.

If you do go on an African Safari, make sure you get a good guide. Years ago a dentist went on one and shot a lion. It was only afterward that he found out the locals loved this lion and he even had a name (Cecil) for him.

I think shooting Cecil may have ruined his career. Make sure none of the animals you shoot have human names. Other than that, have fun and enjoy yourself.
