A funny story about DeVillier. He was trying to kill a state incentive program that I have expertise in in the 21 fiscal session. He asked me for my opinion on his bill, and I told him his bill contained a huge drafting error, and actually doubled the cost of the program. I tried to tell him how to fix it, but he got really mad at me, and in so many words told me I was stupid.

When the fiscal note on his bill came out... the cost of the program was doubled.
