If other minority groups have high enough population and density and meet the 3 requirements of Thornburg v. Gingles and current districting violates the Voting Rights Act then any minority should have a majority-minority district.

There are indeed Asian-American and Hispanic/Latino majority-minority districts. It isn't just blacks.
