before i give an opinion on this...what are you hoping to get out of those supplements?
From what I’ve read, it looks like it helps speed up fat burn. I’m guessing that’s why it was recommended? They know my goal right now is to decrease BF% and add lean mass. I will ask the guy next time we talk. Given the price of them, I’m not planning on buying them unless someone has some legit anecdotal evidence

then waste of money.

want to speed up fatloss....only have a couple choices

1) ghrh/ghrp peptides or aod added to the glp. or true generic gh or igf-1 LR3. as we have discussed before though...you know the positives and negatives that come with that. if it was me, a simple tesamorlin/ipamorlin protocol with possible bpc added is what i would do

2) Stimulate the metabolism through a stimulant or some kind of thyroid medicine. so like EC stack or t3/t4 or even clen/t3. essentially a beta 2 agonist and possibly some form of thyroid stimulation. again EC can be used safely and effectively, but it is a stim. t3 has negative feedback loop and clen is way way strong

3) some kind of uncoupling...so think dnp, which should be a no go, especially going into summer months. way too hot here for that. if you want somewhat of an effect of uncoupling....TTA500 with rasbery ketones (rk500) at 3 caps per day is effective and would help especially if combined with EC stack. this can cause cramping though

4) controlling cortisol. this is where i recommend 11oxo or reduce xt

i would start at reduce xt so no sides and then go the route of EC if you are not willing to do the peptides.

peptides should be used with the glp1 just because it helps with loose skin, fat loss, muscle retention.
