You need an Mlok compatible grip. There are small T nuts that lock into the long skinny slots on the hand guard. There are hundreds of options. Pick one that meets your budget from any reputable retailer. I would buy a cheap one, see what you like and don’t like, then get a nicer one that suits you better.
I prefer an Emisary Handbrake over a vertical grip.
As far as slings go, you don’t want a single point. It makes the rifle flop around too much and frankly turns the hanging gun into a homing missile for your nutsack. Don’t buy a single point. Vickers, AWS and Pig slings are all decent options. Again, find something that suits your budget and go from there.
For a two point sling (which I HEAVILY recommend), you will need an Mlok attachment point. It bolts to the Mlok slots using T nuts and has a hole for the sling to attach into. This will be the “female” attachment side. You will need a “male” attachment to go into that. Those are called “push button QD attachments” and most sling manufacturers will offer them as an additional purchase with the sling. From there, you can lace the sling through the existing little slot on then bottom of your stock, and lace the QD attachment through the other end of the sling and mate the bolt on QD point on the rifle to the to the QD attachment on the sling.

Several choices here. Theyre simple to install. I generally like angled foregrips, like this one.
I like these. Overmolded, has a thumb hook and rubberized grip. The fit on these is awesome.
