Thanks all. Ordered a 15" Oval Roaster made by IMUSA (knock off Magnalite/McWare). Reviews say it's good for around 12 quarts. Should be plenty and would rather not have much leftover.

For what it's worth, the unperfected Gumbo Calculator says a 12 quart pot at 90% fill will do it with 16 oz servings.
