I read Tom Coyne's A Course Called Ireland earlier this year. Then I rewatched the Tourist Sauce season in Ireland. It's moved Ireland to #1 in my travel bucket list. It just seems like it would be a dream. I am very jealous of your opportunity.

Ireland is a great trip. Took the wife and kids (10 & 11) last May. We spent 8 days in country and had an amazing time. The only thing better than the scenery was the people. A truly warm and engaging culture over there.

It was a very easy trip and not super expensive. I would recommend it very highly.

Didn't play any golf on that trip, but we did drive past Adare Manor. Holy shite that place is exquisite. Ryder Cup heading there in 2027 I believe.
