re: If you listened to the audio version of a book do you say you read the book?

I read and write work and have two little insane kids and a wilderness compound to tend to. If I didn’t have audiobooks i would hardly be able to read. I do an audiobook a week (more or less depending on length and density).

I’ve been doing audiobooks for 35 years now. My retention is no less than actual reading.
