House won’t be fired, they will allow him to get the players to fit his defense. Position coaches will be changed maybe, but it’s clear House doesn’t have the players to run his defensive scheme. House defense is mainly the back 7. His LBs needs to be able run and covers. He’s trying to basically run the same defense KC runs but he’s needs the players

Coaches are responsible for modifying their game plans to fit their personnel. We are at a historical low point on defense for the season. House is in over his head.
