I wasn't there so I can't vouch for the reaction. I would note those were not necessarily LSU LSU ticketholders in attendance. But there was a lot of anger at the way he left. Did his going to a rival inflame it? Sure. But he left us behind the eight ball and a lot of fans were bitter about it already.

There was more purple and gold in stands than any other color that day.

It was also the largest attended of any Saints game in Tiger Stadium that year, by a lot.

i was.

after the game i went by locker room on east side with shite tons of dolphins fans who were getting autographs. except that was not my goal. i went to heckle saban and call him a fn sellout. and i did. and he heard me. i also told ricky williams to throw me a joint mocking him. a dolphin fan got mad at me for saying that and told me " dont tell ricky that or he wont come give me an autograph"

i had the cops laughing their asses off
