There used to be a pre-workout drink that was in a big red container I used to mix up and drink. It would get me jacked up and ready but it eventually got to where it would tear my stomach up. I remember being on the treadmill once and had to cut my workout short so I could go to the gym's bathroom and shoot buckshot out of my arse into the shitter.

Sounded like a fireworks show in the bathroom.
