What elite DB coaches are accepting new jobs mid season, and if it's a "gentleman's agreement" to be signed post season, then why would you be telling people before the ink is dry?

Just doesn't make sense to effectively remove your current coach's entire motivation for the rest of the season and simultaneously run off his recruits all based on handshake agreement with someone. Kelly has been doing this a long time and I just don't see him being that foolish.
