Have a friend that’s thinking about trying this. Thoughts?

No not me.

It’s essentially caffeine from what I just read. I put a thread together called ultimate otc fat loss stack. I set that up to mimick glp1 as close as possible as I could with just otc.

The GLP-1 aspect of PhenQ is really what I saw and why I started this thread. Seems to be some pretty credible evidence online.
Maybe if paired with some yerba maté tea you could see some results?

Certainly suppresses your appetite, however, eventually you start to feel cravings as your body gets used to it. Used the 90 day supply and saw immediate results as I never felt hungry and would only eat a little. Bought a 2nd 90 day supply and it wasn't the same as I started feeling cravings and hungry throughout the day.

I know a couple people that lost a bunch of weight and recently stopped taking the shot. Guess what happened? They gained a bunch of their weight back. Why? Because they still ate like shite and the shot was curbing their appetite. When they stopped the shot they still ate like shite but their appetite was back.

He is talking about an otc pill that is basically caffeine and nothing more. Waste of money
