Hollinger Team stats:

8th best turnover ratio 12.1!!!
7th defensive efficiency (103)
12th oreb rate (24.4)
11th in pace

That's the good.

26th in assist ratio (I attribute that to the utter lack of shooting. We've generated tons of open looks this season)
22nd in reb rate
27th in ef fg% 49.3
29th in ts%
27th offensive eff

This is more of a what we've been doing informative look as opposed to what we'll be as a team for the season.

We aren't turning the ball over a lot and we're playing great defense. Shooting is poor for obvious injury related reasons.

Here's to hoping the offense can find some type of way to navigate this stretch of games coming up. The next 8 are pretty brutal.

After last night, we've moved up to 19th in offense, down to 10th in defense.

Big night from the free throw line, we got out of the basement up to 28th in FT%

Also weird seeing us at 24th in field goal percentage since Willie's teams have always been near the top of the league.

But it makes sense since we're shooting a shitton more 3s. While the percentages aren't there yet, we're 14th in made 3s. Love seeing it.

We're also dead last in opponents OReb% so that's not ideal.

I know Val had a couple of poor games earlier in the season keeping dudes off the glass.

But the Pistons had a million ORebs last night, and I'm not sure how much of that was on Val. He held Duren to 0 ORebs, but the rest of the team had about a million of em.

I feel pels have noticed that too hence the 2 way player signing of jeremiah robinson-earl who is known to be a decent rebounding big. He can also hit the 3. I honestly think it was a great pick up. They said he passed up opportunities for a roster spot to sign a 2 way with us.
