Make sure you go to Doc Ponds for lunch - right down the road from Alchemist. They have Hill Farmstead on draft.
Also, don’t sleep on Stowe Cider. Also very close to Alchemist.
We were in Stowe a couple weekends ago. Love going there.

Doc Ponds kicks arse. Such a lively, fun spot.
Also, should make the short drive into Waterbury for Blackback and Freak Folk. Blackback has one of the best beer lists out there and always freshly stocked with River Roost. Freak Folk is one of the more underrated breweries currently - they pump out fantastic IPAs and sours.

Too late for Doc Ponds or anything else. Headed east. The baws have ate. Food truck here was great, though. I would let the Jamaican dude running it date my mom or daughter, for sure
