looks good. i missed this thread from before.
how was the labor cost as a % of the materials cost?
we're doing 3700sf of hardwood so the labor cost is concerning on top of the materials.

Man it’s been awhile. I hired a handy man I knew and he knocked it out. I’ll have to look at some old files to see what he charged

You can't figure based on a % of materials because just like hardwood the price for materials from least expensive to most expensive can vary a lot while labor is going to be fairly similar. If the prices are similar to around me you are looking at $4 per sq give or take for LVP or engineered hardwood labor. This can go up a fair amount depending on the floor that is currently down (I got the impression this isn't new construction).
If you are doing 3700 ft^2 of LVP/engineered I assume it is safe to say your house is at least 4000 ft^2. I personally wouldn't do LVP in a house that size it would be engineered hardwood at a minimum especially if it was a "forever" house. One thing to keep in mind for LVP and engineered hardwood is the wear layer. My next-door neighbor owns a chain of flooring stores and a few months ago he was showing me some LVP with a 4 mil wear layer and was laughing about people buying it.
