where does it hurt specifically? what actions hurt it the most? does it hurt if you try to put your hand behind you back?
the shoulder is pretty complicated and it could be one of many different muscles/tendons.
probably wouldnt hurt to check out and get a course of oral steroids and light therapy rehab work at home.
