I was sad when Kobe died but mainly because I thought about his daughter dying with him. It made me think about my kids and I choked up about that thought. If that makes me soft, then I’m very doughy.

I didn’t cry, but was in a haze after Kobe’s death. Just brought more meaning to being human. Regardless if you’re Superman, your life can end at any time and you truly have no control over that. Kobe’s death made me be a better person moving forward.
