I didn't read through the whole thread so maybe it's been discussed, but this could easily be much deeper than just weight gain & current physique/look. If she put on that kind of weight and is not actively doing anything about it then there's also a good chance that she is not mentally the same woman either. Lots of times people that put on significant weight, let alone 100lbs, tend to shelter in and don't go out and do things in public like they used to and in general become less happy & partially depressed essentially not being the same person you married. Having a spouse turn into a hermit can be more of a marriage killer than weight gain itself.
