As terrible as that one is I still say that's better than the the ones where some customer is sitting on a couch with an employee talking about how some minor interaction changed their life...it's a bland chicken sandwich restaurant...they ain’t curing cancer in that drive thru

And the current worst one of the customer on the couch is the obviously gay dad who held up the drive through line because he was overcome with emotion and couldn’t order his damn food because he had just dropped off Braylen at college. He almost starts crying on the couch just reminiscing about it. Man up you wuss.
