That very well may be true, but the most expensive listing in Gert Town is this brand new home for $439k. A far cry from the teardown in West Oakland.

None of metro NOLA has any business acting pretentious. It’s like living in the nicest area of the housing project.

I have an uncle in Metry I would love to sit you down with while I sit back with a drink and enjoy.

All the petty snobbery and silly middle class pretention gets tiresome. Every little joint they know is a local treasure that you just have to experience.

And anything fancier than a sub shop or pizza joint, put on a jacket - because restaurants are a little nicer here in New Orrrr-Lee-Aaaannzzz.

Yes, so much nicer than we rubes in Houston or anywhere else could imagine.

Dude the French Quarter, Garden District, St Charles Ave and Audubon Place is the most expensive places to live in the South if not the country.

Palm Island? Do Lido Island? Port Royal? Barton Creek? Tuxedo Park? Charlestowne?

Get out more so you can see the world.

All great places

But I thought this discussion was about neighborhoods not suburbs
