Sounds more like a rich guy who DNGAF, but maybe you know more about the situation than I do.

I’ve known a fair number of wealthy individuals. Many get ultra wrapped up in keeping up with the joneses, a smaller number will wear PFG shirts, drive an old F150 and sing at stop lights with the windows down because they give absolutely zero ***** what you think about it.
