And spell out what constitutes a bad parenting fee. Kids laughing vs kids screaming vs kids watching a video

But also.... That 50 needs to go to those around the kids. The staff is getting paid, the clientele is paying for an enjoyable evening

Then add a bad person fee... For those jas they think everyone needs to hear
" so we fn out all fn night and got fn drunk" ...and that fee needs to go to the surrounding booths
