So if someone is hearing voices/hallucinating, is that almost always indicative of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder? And how would any hallucination assist him?

What are your thoughts on his whereabouts?

Paired with the psychosis and suicide note, I’d be really surprised if he’s still amongst the living.
