We need Georgia to win out if we stand a chance of getting into the playoffs.

No we don’t. If we beat an undefeated we won’t be in. If we give them their second loss we will hop them

Have you ever watched college football?

If we beat a 1 loss Georgia we most definitely will not make the playoffs. We need Georgia to be #1 or #2, and undefeated when we play them.

I just want to win the SEC.

We've taken ourselves out of the CFP race, imo. If something really screwy happens and we slide in, great.

They aren’t going to keep an SEC team out lmao. Better chance of them taking 2 loss LSU SEC Champ and leaving Georgia out than you do of them taking 2 again

Think about what you said…

Georgia winning out would mean they beat LSU if we make Atlanta.

This doesn't compute big fella. If they win out and we beat them, they're likely to stay ahead of us as 12-1 defending back-to-back champs. That takes a spot away from us getting in potentially. If they lose a game and we also beat them, we would both be 11-2 with LSU having the head-to-head (and likely the Heisman winner), so we would have to be ahead of them. Don't overthink it.

You are definitely over thinking it bro. a 12-1 Georgia who didn't with the SEC has no shot at the playoffs and it boils down to one thing......schedule.

Best case scenario would be this. Georgia to be 11-1 with a loss to Missouri. Missouri to lose to either Florida, Tennessee or Arkansas to end the year. We beat 11-1 Georgia in the SEC championship to get into the playoff. Most likely would need some help from other conferences as well.

If Georgia only has one loss, even it’s in SEC championship game they are still in top four.

If our loses are to a ACC Undefeated Florida State in Week One and a ranked Ole Miss on the road..and beat UGA...we will get in over Georgia.

If NOT...LSU should schedule UAB, Ball State, & Tennessee Marrin as our out of conference games and NOT Florida State, UCLA, & USC.

You’re proving my point. We need to hand them their second loss

If LSU makes it to the SECCG and beats a theretofore undefeated Georgia, you're talking about a team that just beat the undefeated defending national champs with the nation's longest win streak, and you did so in their own backyard, with the Heisman trophy winning hottest QB in the country.

ZERO chance that team isn't in the playoffs, absent all 4 other P5 champs remaining undefeated
