Just saying if for some reason it was a car jacking and the other guy may have had a weapon. Emptying your clip after getting back in your car is totally indefensible.

One of the lawyers around here could probably tell us better, but with the video showing that guy scrambling to get away, may be hard to justify even the first shot.
