Perfectly fine. Of course the location of the games can change. Definitely not interested in living in the city proper. Grapevine looked to be close to outdoor park areas and far enough from the metro area.

There are some good trails to ride mountain bikes over around the lake plus I drop my kayaks in there a couple times a year.
