My wife works at Harris in downtown Fort Worth. Seems like a decent hospital to work for as far as nurses are concerned. They have some weird push right now though where they're wanting to become a "learning hospital" and part of that, they're requiring their nurses to get some amount of more schooling. Although, they've had the requirement for their nurses to become BSN's for some time now and I know not all of their nurses meet that criteria even.
