I wouldn’t say that’s obvious. Some people just have difficulty putting on good weight.
Not saying he’s one of them… but some underweight kids mostly stay that way no matter how hard they try to bulk up

Greedy Williams struggled to put on weight he got up to 185 I think in the NFL, Devonta Smith is in the NFL at 170 lbs. Some people do struggle to put on weight but it doesn't necessarily mean they can't perform if they don't. Especially if he can be an outstanding cover guy.
