Darn, all the half-retarded Arkansas fans that were telling me as I left War Memorial Stadium that we were headed to the Indy Bowl are going to be disappointed ... and they thought they were sooooooo funny. I guess I wouldn't expect Arkansas fans to know the SEC bowl situation and pecking order given that they haven't looked at it in over a year.

Without a miracle 4th quater comeback against Troy, LSU (at 6-6) would also be mentioned in the same breath with Memphis.

I've got an inside source in the LaTech athletic department that told me they've already been notified by the Indy bowl that they have been selected.

I love Tech. Graduated undergrad there but have always been an LSU fan from birth. There were a lot of students when I was at Tech who couldn't stand LSU. I could never understand it. Most of them were Ruston and Monroe kids.
