Bitching about Carr is pointless if the coaching staff doesn’t change. The next QB to start will suck if Carmichael and Allen and still here. So will the one after that. And the one after that. You’re bitching about a symptom, not the cause. Expecting a QB to come in and cure a shitty coaching staff and offensive scheme is an exercise in futility.
With regards to Olave, I will always put more blame on players who aren’t putting in the effort over ones who are, but just aren’t very good. Lack of effort is the easiest thing in sports to fix.

Carr is part of the cause. They can fire Carmicheal but that wont change some of these dumb decisions that Carr makes. Again Carr is part of the problem. Bad qb play is not only because of the coaching staff its also on the player. You’re acting like if the coaching staff is fired, he’ll become this above average to elite qb. He wont.
