It's the conference's fault that they put in a speaker with a rule that a single member could vacate the chair. They let their backbenchers rule them.

Would have never been a problem with a larger majority. That's my point.
I'm not a fan of McCarthy. I'm not a fan of the uniparty, or any of the establishment. Make no mistake, I'm happy he's no longer speaker. We just can't seem to replace him either because he was a total failure in his leadership position.

Simple minded people like you think you can squeeze a balloon and not have its shape change elsewhere.
That rule was the reason McCarthy was electable. It was the assurance that he would keep his promises.
You want to pretend that wasn’t the case and look at the rule in a vacuum.
It’s dumb, man.
