not to be an arse but i'm really not sure what type of answer your seeking here from someone who can't even see how bad it is or how much longer you're talking about keeping the vehicle.

Is not doing these repairs going to cause an accident that kills or maims my wife, or will it just be a big inconvenience when the car breaks down and I have to have these fixed?
