Well, this US rocket weapon is another ridiculous Ukraine escalation

Apparently delivered cluster munitions to a Russian airbase and destroyed 9+ helicopters and killed maybe hundreds of Russians.

And why so "concerned" about escalation. Russia supplied the north Koreans and North Vietnamese which helped kill US men and equipment (Even supplied pilots) and the US supplied weapons to the mujahedeen in Afghanistan that helped kill Russian men and equipment. It's not line this is the first time ever either side has done this.....

No substantial change, I'm sure the only requirement is they don't use it on Russian proper. Berdiansk is in Ukraine.

Russia isn't going to throw nukes over some cluster bombs blowing up a few choppers. Conventionally, they don't have the manpower for WW3. The Russians have always sucked at warfare, particularly against technological peers, and have always won on sheer numbers. They no longer have those numbers. Moving forward, they'll have skirmishes here and there to protect some interests, but Ukraine is Russia's last significant war.

I hope you are right. I think this is an unnecessary risk. Ukraine should just admit the territory is lost and request peace talks. Our rulers should be encouraging peace talks and not escalation.

Why should we reward naked acts of aggression? History has shown that doing so simply encourages them to do it again.
Better to nip this shite in the bud now when we don't need to pony up American lives to stop it.
