re: When using a trucking service for heavy equipment delivery, can you meet halfway?

I haven’t spoken to the people trying to sell yet. Hell, it may be sold but it was just posted. I was thinking if possible to meet like at a rest area if that would be ok. Just never did before or who I would need to speak to to get it done. Thanks. May ask more questions as I know more info.
