Oh stop, Carr is the 13th highest paid QB in annual value. Plus, offensive coordinator salary doesn’t come out of the same pot.

He’s a moderately above average QB with a terrible OL and a guy who should be a quality control assistant as his OC. That’s not a good combination.

If there was improvement in just one of those two areas the Saints would be 5-1 with how good this defense is.

Brees was a guy who could overcome personnel weaknesses. Carr isn’t. Allen wanted to keep the gang together as much as possible. It’s clear why Carmichael didn’t want the OC job. He’d give it up tomorrow if Allen had another option and would let him

Raiders were a prolific passing offense with Carr and Gruden. Top 10 or close to it every year. He didn’t suddenly forget how to throw a football.

My goodness how times have changed.

Never thought I’d be saying LSU has the juggernaut offense while the Saints offense will make your eyes bleed lol

No if the light hasn’t come on in the last 8 or 9 years, it never will. There’s not many successful QBs that suddenly arrive after being in the league for awhile. The Saints horribly overpaid a mediocre to poor player.
