If it were really true to the extent the pacifists say then Jesus sinned by going against the temple authorities in the first place and our faith is meaningless.
If you think our government is more powerful than God then I would question your faith. Everything they do is part of his plan whether they know it or not. He is guiding this world

“His Plan” isn’t technically the same thing as “His Will”
I can have certain standards and plan around them not being met
Your western way of thinking using categories and abstract thought has led you down a path where you’ve boxed yourself in to saying God WANTS babies to be beheaded and abortion to occur.
