I mean we still are “on the road” to energy independence and we are closer than ever. We produce more oil than any other country and new domestic sources of energy are coming online every single day.

Do you honestly believe shutting down transportation pipelines with executive orders on day 1 in office is putting us on a road to energy independence? Do you honestly believe that forcing Big Oil c-suite officers onto Capitol Hearing threatening them with price gouging and criminal behavior is putting us on a road to energy independence? Were you asleep in 2021/2022? How about raiding the SPR and not re-filling it? How about ANWR, gas leases, dirty oil imports from South America?

Don't worry, Biden and his gaggle of Marxist eco-hen handlers are working hard to "fix" that.
