I agree with most people giving you positive directions and find yourself.

Stay active doing something.

Join a group on something you might that meets a lot and has people that are positive.

If you are shy or introvert join toastmasters. It a great way to meet positive people and speak in public.

You like building stuff maybe woodworking or ceramics club?

Garden club if you like outdoors and planting stuff?

Like to work on cars maybe a car club?

Like music they got those clubs or bands?

There clubs for almost everything and people active in these clubs.

Stay away from negativity or negative people.
Turn off the news and don’t ready negative post or articles.

Dating app or just dating, you might want to back off of that until you feel positive about yourself and who you are. Dating, don’t jump into anything until you know who you are
and what you want.

This is the classic catch-22 of depression. Loneliness makes depression way worse, and depression makes forming relationships way harder, keeping you trapped in a cycle. Being depressed makes you significantly less attractive to women, and coming off a breakup can absolutely destroy your confidence.

At the same time, nothing helps one get over a breakup and restore confidence faster than some consistent casual sex. It’s not a permanent fix, but it can give you a valuable shot in the arm to boost your confidence and will power to help you make the changes you need to make to really move on.

However, if you put yourself out there and fail to score, it’s only going to make things way worse.
