Get off the dating apps. My mood was considerably worse using them.
You do need to probably spend more time outside, even if it's just reading. Knowing I had to prevent myself from becoming a shut it, I specifically moved next to an outdoor shopping mall, with parks I could walk to. The amount of time I spend on this board is directly proportional to if it's too hot to sit outside and read a book.
You think you're depressed, I had to go to the park to watch other people's kids having fun, as I unexpectedly was, since I only got to see my kids about every six weeks (they live five miles away.) That was a complete kick in the nuts that I endured for almost six months.
Something else that may help is using a counseling app like Talkspace to get more frequent and convenient appointments. It's also easier to dump a therapist that isn't working.
