re: How much CO2 emissions are saved by vehicles that die at stop signs

My battery was dying. The Toyota technician said there is a special battery you have to use for those start/stop engines. He said the regular batteries couldn’t handle the constant starting as well and died sooner. So, I asked how much for that battery? $300. I said I’d take my chances on the regular battery.
