Interesting, if anything I would have argued the standard C8 is too quiet in the cabin.

As for the seats comfort depends on which seat (GT1/GT2/Comp) the car has because different body types fit in different seats better. The bolsters on the comp seat does make it a bit of an up and over. I do agree the Cayman has better ingress/egress but depending on the seat they can be an even tighter fit (huggier if that is a word). My favorite seat the the Adaptive Sport Seat Plus but it has really high bolsters.

BTW if you are thinking about a 718 seriously consider the GTS 4.0. That engine is what makes the Cayman what it really should be.

I would love the GTS but that’s out of my price range. Not only is it ~100k before options but dealers mark up the GTS where as the cayman S I speced is ~95k without markups. Anything with a 911 engine is marked up.

Also for how “nice” the LT3 interior was, it all goes to moot because so uncomfortable. I can’t imagine it as a daily
